Clinical Hypnotherapy

The Art of Subconscious Transformation

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility in which the conscious mind becomes quieter, allowing greater access to subconscious patterns, beliefs, emotions, and behavioural conditioning.

Contrary to popular myths, hypnosis is not mind control or unconsciousness. The individual remains aware and cannot be made to act against their values or will. In therapeutic settings, hypnosis is used as a structured process to facilitate psychological, emotional, and behavioural change.

What is Clinical Hypnotherapy?

Clinical Hypnotherapy is the therapeutic application of hypnosis to support clients in resolving emotional, behavioural, and psychosomatic challenges through subconscious change work.

It combines hypnotic trance, therapeutic suggestion, guided imagery, regression work, and strategic interventions to help individuals access and transform deeper mental and emotional patterns.
